Logging into your HostDango.com webmail account

Okay, so we’ve got an email account.  What now?  How do I use it?  How do I access it?

There are several different ways to access your email account.  In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to access it via your built in webmail.  Each HostDango.com cPanel-enabled account comes with three options for webmail clients.  Horde, RoundCube and SquirrelMail.

Horde RoundCube SquirrelMail

There are two options to access these.  The first of which is to log into cPanel and select it.  See the picture below.
Select "Read Webmail" in cPanel

Once you’ve selected “Read Webmail” via cPanel, you are asked which client you prefer to log into.  This is where you are given the choice of either Horde, RoundCube or SquirrelMail.
Select your webmail client here.

From there you simply select which webmail client you prefer and the web page will load into your inbox.

The other method to accessing your webmail, as mentioned above, is simply to type http://yourdomain.com/webmail (or http://yourdomain.com:2095).  This is good for bookmarking if you’re constantly on the go as you can set one of your three webmail clients to “autoload”.  As easy as one-click email!

The thing to note about this is that if you do log into your webmail account, you will be asked for your login ID.  This is your email address, not your cPanel login ID.  Very important to remember.  If you simply try to put in your cPanel login ID, the web site will reject your login attempt.
